What is in-home delivery and how does it work?

In-home delivery applies to items listed on thebay.com that are only available to order through our call centre at 1-888-257-6784 or by going into a store. Select items include basic assembly by our delivery team inside your home. It’s available for select furniture, mattresses, and box springs. Patio items are not included for basic assembly however an assembly service is available for an additional fee. 

Please check with your associate if you require assembly on your in-home delivery items to see what is included in basic delivery. When you place your order for in-home delivery, the associate assisting you will give you the delivery date and window in which you should be home to receive your item.
