If you’re having trouble recalling your password, remember that your online account requires a password that is at least 8 characters and a minimum or one or more of the following: an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a number and a symbol.
If you still can’t remember your password or if you’ve exceeded the maximum 5 attempts and your account has been automatically locked, you can reset your password from the login page (which you can also get to by clicking “Welcome, Sign In” at the top right of the homepage). From there, click on the Forgot Password link above the “Sign In” button. Enter the email address associated with your account and click “Continue.” You will receive an email with a link to reset your password. Click that link or copy and paste it into your browser. Enter your new password twice and click “Save.”
Once you create a valid new password, a message will appear to let you know your reset was successful. If you don’t receive an email with the link to reset your password or the process of resetting it doesn’t work, please contact us at 1-800-521-2364 or 1-888-226-2225.
